The floor will consist of 4” x 2” treated softwood bearers, 4” x 2” treated softwood floor joists, infilled with 80mm of Celotex Insulation and finished with 22mm moisture resistant chipboard covering
Roof
The roof will consist of 4” x 2” treated softwood frame, 18mm OSB board and finished with Green Mineral Felt
Door
Doors will consist, of joinery type and Double Glazed
Windows
Windows, will consist of joinery type and Double Glazed
Options
Log lap or 8” featheredge board cladding. Roof coverings, 0.7mm plastic coated box profile tin, Felt Singles, Cedar Shingles, Natural Slate or Tiles. Internal Partitions. Insulation. Ply lining, or plasterboard. Skirting boards and window cills. PVC Windows and Doors.
