Stables
Bespoke stable block with workshop and cement fibre roof.At Harris Timber we are able to offer a wide variety of Stables ranging from a single 10' by 12' unit right up to a multi-unit livery. Our Stables are made to a very high standard using 3" x 2" framework at 2' centres and clad in ex-25mm Shiplap. The roof purlins are 4" x 2" when we use Onduline, or 6" x 2" purlins when supporting cement fibre roof sheets.
Internal fittings
The stables are lined to 4' with kick boards and there is a 1m over-hang and 3'6" stable door. All of the timber is pressure treated and graded to maximise the longevity of each stable. All furniture is heavy duty galvanised steel which includes anti-chew strip, kick-over bolts and cabin hooks.
Custom options on Stables
We are able to offer many options on our stables to provide the customer with a stable that meets their specific needs. Options include steel bars between the partitions, roof lights, extra windows and sliding vents. Doors and windows can be positioned to suit the requirements of the building. In all instances customers are encouraged to contact us with their own ideas, we will then provide advice and price accordingly.
